Prof. Cem Can (he/him) - PhD in Applied Linguistics and Foreign Language Teaching, specialized and works in the following fields: Second Language Acquisition, Educational Technology, Corpus Studies, Linguistic Diversity, Sociolinguistics. He has been an Erasmus+ Trainer in many EU projects for five years. He also has been involved in many projects sponsored by EU. The projects he participated have been in the following main subjects:
- youth and sports,
- inclusion of the disadvantaged groups,
- immigration and integration issues,
- digital learning platform development,
- immigrant employability (especially women),
- disabled members of the society and their problems,
- less widely taught languages,
- entrepreneurship,
- automata toy construction for the development of key competencies,
- Dyslexia,
- 21st century skills and second language learning in childhood education.
Prof. Jülide İnözü (she/her) - PhD in English Language Teaching. She is specialized in the following fields: Teaching English as a Foreign Language, Positive Psychology, Intercultural Communicative Competence, and Teacher Training. She has been involved in many projects. The projects she participated have been in the following main subjects:
- youth and sports,
- inclusion of the disadvantaged groups,
- immigration and integration issues,
- digital learning platform development,
- immigrant employability (especially women),
- disabled members of the society and their problems,
- entrepreneurship,
- automata toy construction for the development of key competencies,
- Dyslexia,
- 21st century skills and second language learning in childhood education.
Prof. Şehnaz Şahinkarakaş (she/her) - PhD in English Language Teaching. She is specialized in the following fields: Psychology of Foreign Language Learning and Teaching, Pre-service teacher training, Teaching English as a Foreign Language, Portfolio Assessment in Foreign Language Teaching, and Classroom-Based Language Assessment.
Tuncay Gerdan (he/him) - Businessman. Tuncay holds two MA degrees in Psychology and Bussines Administration fields. He lived in the USA and ran companies in construction and food sectors for 24 years. He currently works in the steel industry.
Sibel Aybek (she/her) - PhD candidate and research assistant with MA in English Language Teaching specialized and works in the following fields: Second Language Acquisition, Educational Technology, Corpus Studies, Linguistic Diversity. She is currently involved in EU projects as a researcher. The projects in which she has been involved are mainly about immigration issues, youth, disadvantaged groups, and digital literacy.
Osman Aydoğar (he/him) - A graduate of Çukurova University, English Language Education Department. After graduation, he started working as an English teacher in various public schools for 12 years. Now, he is teaching gifted kids at Akşemseddin Bilim ve Sanat Merkezi. He is also professional and registered tour guide for ministry of tourism. He is also international specialist. He has traveled to more than 30 countries and his main interest is discovering new places, new culture, and learning new languages. He can speak Polish(A2), Russian(A2), Spanish(A1). He has coordinated 15 Erasmus+ Projects, participated in many Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges. He is doing his master degree at Cukurova University. Osman is very well informed and exposed to the variety of projects through different EU programs. He is also organizing private educational private tour worldwide, organizing Erasmus+ training courses abroad.
Ümit Yay (he/him) - A graduate of Mersin University, English Language Linguistics Department. He has been working as an English as a Foreign Language teacher for 20 years. He has participated in many EU projects within the fields of youth issues, immigration, and disadvantaged groups.
